    I have been awaiting to hear regarding the direct questionnaires (steps 7 & 8 of the First 12 Steps). Instead I had received the below letter and nothing else after it. Is it too early at this stage? 
    I am going on holiday soon and concerned I will miss things. Any thoughts on timeframe please?!

    It's fine as long as you aren't on holiday for a month. You should check MCOL every week then you'll know when your DQ is posted.

    I have missed the deadline set on the DQ form for submission is there a point in emailing it now?
    It was issued on 10.07.25 and the completion date set for 28.07.25.

    Email it ASAP to the DQ email address in the 8 steps,  do not delay
