CCJ?

Hello all

I forgot to put a defence in for a CCJ claim, and now I have received a letter from DCB Legal telling me to pay a sum of money to them to clear the CCJ. I haven't had official notification of a CCJ - how can I check that this / isn't genuine? Can DCB Legal tell me to pay them instead of pay the court directly?

Thanks in advance

You can log in online to MCOL and see the judgment on the claim history. And the CNBC will write to you.

If you pay in full by day 30, it doesn't damage your credit rating.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Surely this should be posted on your original thread!  I posted on there but it has been deleted!  As well as logging in to MCOL, the letter from DCB Legal would surely have date of judgment and amount.
