Hello all
I forgot to put a defence in for a CCJ claim, and now I have received a letter from DCB Legal telling me to pay a sum of money to them to clear the CCJ. I haven't had official notification of a CCJ - how can I check that this / isn't genuine? Can DCB Legal tell me to pay them instead of pay the court directly?

Surely this should be posted on your original thread! I posted on there but it has been deleted! As well as logging in to MCOL, the letter from DCB Legal would surely have date of judgment and amount.1
