Disney Lilo & Stitch and Vauxhall Frontera Car Promotion on Capital, May 2025 – Specific Rules 
  
1.    The Disney Lilo & Stitch and Vauxhall Frontier Car promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run on Friday 23rd May 2025 on the Capital Network (excluding Scotland). Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Disney and the ‘Prize Provider’ is Vauxhall. 

2.    IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.  
 
Details of the Promotion: 
 
3.    To enter the Promotion, you must listen to Capital Breakfast with Jordan North, Chris Stark and Sian Welby between 06:00 - 10:00 on Friday 23rd May 2025. 

a.    Participants must locate a Lilo & Stitch-branded Vauxhall Frontera, which will be positioned somewhere in mainland Britain near a well-known British landmark. After identifying the car’s location, participants must travel to the site within the specified timeframe. Upon arrival, they must scan the QR code provided by on-site staff, access the online entry page, select the correct codeword (as announced on air) from a list of options, and complete their registration for the prize draw. 

b.    How to find the vehicle: There are two ways to determine the car’s location: 

i.    On-air clues: Clues about the vehicle’s location will be read out live during the Capital Breakfast show by the presenters. 
ii.    Live stream via Global Player: The vehicle will be streamed live through the Global Player app. Throughout the show, the camera will gradually zoom out to reveal the car’s exact location. 
 
Entry Requirements: 

4.    Participants must physically arrive at the secret location and say the keyword read out on air to the promotional staff with the QR code to be eligible to enter. 

5.    Each entrant must present a full and valid UK driving licence. 

6.    Eligible individuals must select the correct codeword read out on air, from the multiple options provided, and register their details at the location before the closing time of the Promotion at 08:30. 

7.    Registration of details must be completed onsite using a mobile phone with 3G, 4G, or 5G connectivity, capable of accessing the internet, by scanning a QR code and completing an online form. 
Prize Draw Procedure: 

8.    All entrants must remain at the location until the prize draw occurs to be eligible to win the prize. 

9.    After the Promotion round closes at 08:30, all valid entries will be placed into a draw and one entrant will be selected at random. Our on-site producer will verify that the selected entrant is still present at the vehicle's location. 

10.    If the chosen entrant is no longer present, another entrant will be selected at random. 
 
Winner Requirements: 

11.    The winner will be required to: 
a.    Go live on-air with the Capital Breakfast team 
b.    Appear on the Global Player live stream 
c.    Participate in social media content and video coverage 
d.    Be filmed by a videographer at the time of winning for use on our website and social channels 
e.    Getting to and from the secret location is at the listener’s own cost and Global will not cover any expenses incurred by any entrant. 
 
Contingency Procedure: 

12.    In the event that no entrants arrive at the vehicle’s location and enter the Promotion, or if no eligible winner is present (e.g. an entrant is no longer at the location when the draw occurs), the following procedures will apply: 

13.    Three or more entrants: the Promotion will proceed as planned. A shortlist of three eligible entrants will be randomly selected, and the final draw will be conducted as outlined in Clauses 8-10. 

14.    Two entrants: a 50/50 draw will be conducted. One individual will be randomly selected as the winner. The other entrant will not receive a prize. 

15.    One entrant: if only one entrant is present and they are eligible, they will automatically be declared the winner. If the sole entrant is ineligible, the process described in Clause 16 will apply. 

16.    No entrants: if no one enters the Promotion or no eligible individuals are present at the vehicle location, the Promotion will be opened to listeners of the Capital Breakfast Network Show. 

17.    If the Promotion is opened to listeners of the Capital Breakfast Show, entrants must follow on-air instructions and text in with the keyword as stated by presenters to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). 

18.    The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line for this Promotion round will be given out on air. Entries received before or after these times will not be included in the Promotion but may still be charged.   

19.    We are not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of text messages to and/or from us. 

20.    Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. Standard rate text messages to promotion shortcodes are not normally included in ‘inclusive’ packages and may be charged. If entry is made by text message, be sure to use the correct shortcode. In all cases, please check with your service provider for more details and charges. If you are not the bill payer, you must obtain the bill payer’s permission before entering. 

21.    Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent. 

22.    You must use the same phone number across the entire Promotion period. It is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions to use multiple names and/or phone numbers to enter our Promotions and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and/or withhold or reclaim any prize from you if we know or have reason to believe you are doing or have done this. 

23.    We also reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and/or withhold or reclaim any prize from you if we know or have reason to believe that you are making or have made multiple entries by phone by using a computer system, using automated dialling technology or by any other method which could or does result in you exceeding the maximum number of entries permitted under these Specific Terms.  

24.    If we know or suspect you are trying to enter or have entered this Promotion by using more than one phone number or if we know or suspect you are using variations of your name, we reserve the right to disqualify any relevant entry(ies) and exclude you from this Promotion and also permanently exclude you from entering any of our Promotions. 

25.    Within 30 minutes of the closing time of the Text Message Line, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One valid entry will be selected at random as the winner and the entrant will be contacted via the telephone number they used to enter. 

26.    If the selected entrant is ineligible, we reserve the right to select another entrant, or withdraw the prize and choose another winner, as applicable. 

27.    If you are this entrant and we call you, your call may be recorded for our records and you may be asked to have a call with a presenter. That call will either be broadcast live or pre-recorded for future broadcast. You must answer your telephone when we contact you. Someone else cannot answer the phone, participate or accept a prize on your behalf. If: (i) you fail to answer the phone; (ii) someone else answers the phone; (iii) the call goes to voicemail; (iv) the call becomes disconnected; (v) you are not (or do not seem to us to be) in a position to safely and/or lawfully take or remain on the call (for example, if you are or seem to be driving); or (vi) you are not audible or intelligible or we are not able to conduct a conversation with you in a manner that is suitable for broadcast for any reason beyond our control (including, but not limited to: low/no signal on your device, a call is dropped by any network, you are travelling, there is too much background noise or feedback, etc.); before or during the Promotion, you may be disqualified and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable. 

28.    Before being taken to air we reserve the right to ask you to answer participation entry questions to ensure you are eligible to play in accordance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions. This call will be recorded and may be used for monitoring purposes and/or as evidence should we have reason to believe there has been a breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions or if we find any inconsistencies in the future. If your entry is ineligible, either at the time of being taken to air to play or later once we have your full details, we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies), select another entrant to participate in the Promotion and/or withhold or reclaim the prize from you and select another entrant, as applicable. It is your responsibility to make sure you give us clear and truthful answers to our eligibility questions. 

29.    We and Promotion Partner and the Prize Provider may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county), and we may refer to your association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion; subject always to our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws.   

30.    In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable in connection with the Promotion, unless you object to your and/or your guest’s information being published or made available. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.

    31.    The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over who are based in the UK at the time of entry and hold a full and valid UK driver’s licence. 

    32.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion. 

    33.    Only one name and telephone number may be used by you in relation to this Promotion. The use of multiple names, telephone numbers and/or devices is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and you will forfeit your prize should we know or have reason to believe that you attempted to use or did use more than one name, phone number and/or device to enter this Promotion. It is also prohibited for anyone else to enter the Promotion using the same phone number including household members or friends. 

    34.    Before transferring any winnings to you we reserve the right to request Photo ID (such as your passport or driving licence) and confirmation that the telephone number you entered on belongs to you and proof of your home address (such as a phone bill with your name, address and telephone number on). You agree and understand that should you win a cash prize you may be required to provide these to verify your eligibility. If you fail to provide the requested information and we are unable to verify your eligibility, we reserve the right to withhold any prize from you.

    35.    One winning entrant will receive one new Vauxhall Frontera Electric GS, with Ultimate Pack in Canyon Orange. 
     
    Prize details: 
     
    36.    The car at the secret location is a promotional version of the car and will not be the actual version the winner will own. The winner will receive a new car of the same model via Vauxhall from the 1st October 2025.  

    37.    Any pictures depicting the prize on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prize may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the product being offered as a prize. 

    38.    The vehicle colour will be dependent on stock availability at the time of winner confirmation. 

    39.    The car will be available for collection from an authorised Vauxhall Retailer (the ‘Retailer’). The location of the Retailer will be determined by the winner’s postcode and the Retailer looking after that postcode area. Transport to the Retailer will be at the winner’s own cost.  

    40.    Maintenance, services and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership. This date will be confirmed with the winner in writing following the winner’s acknowledgement of the prize. 

    41.    The prize is for the winner only, it is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation if the winner is unable to or does not take up the prize. 

    42.    The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the prize. 

    43.    The winner will not be able to resell the vehicle for three months following delivery. Should the winner wish to sell during the first three months, they must obtain the consent of the Prize Provider. 

    44.    You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable.  

    45.    Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, petrol, maintenance, service, insurance and running costs of the vehicle is not included within the prize. 

    46.    We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

    Data Protection: 

    48.    Your personal data that you provide to us will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited) and our Promotion Partner as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes. 

    49.    By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject, and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy.
