Urgent my Hive heating still won’t work

Hi does anybody know anything about Hive systems? We were due to move house. Fell through and we had unlinked it from account. Now they want me to pay for support? I had a boiler service the guy made it worse wont even switch off at the thermostat. We also cut internet off using a 5G hub but get fibre in a few weeks. Seem a bit stuck will a new hive work? Google nest? Sometimes it flashes orange and mostly a green light. After today’s boiler service he’s totally cut off my thermostat I even changed the batteries and nobody seems willing to come and fix and hive told me pay extra for support

I can add more pictures if anybody knows any way to fix this? Hive was trying to make me pay extra claiming it’s broke ?

Cut your losses, buy a standalone thermostat and don't be held hostage in the future.

There should be a little white box next to the boiler. You need to pair the thermostat back to that!

There are 2 ways you set it up/pair it.

One if you have the hub, one if you don't.

If yours was set up initially with the hub, but now you temporarily don't have WiFi / hub, you probably have to do it the other way.

Not necessarily next to the boiler Paul. My CH/HW receiver is upstairs, outside the airing cupboard, where the original timer was.

If that's a "solid" green light on the Hive Hub it shows it's connected to Hive via t'internet.
