  • Hi all, me again/ still.
soooo…. I’ve had a lot going on and lost a family member so I’ve still not done anything, also because of the same reasons my parents haven’t been letting me know of any more letters turning up and it’s now escalated with DCB and CCJ letters.
I’m thinking to go back to the beginning and respond to the first letter and let them know I was moving/ traveling around so hadn’t received the letters until after the first notice period. I’m still not sure how to respond or what to do with a non pofa letter. I’ve been trying to read up about it but I’m not good at this and the info just isn’t sinking in no matter how many times I read it.

The interesting letters are ( as I mentioned 5 months ago )

Letters of Claim, probably from DCB LEGAL

An N1SDT Money Claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL

And possibly a letter about any CCJ,s from the CNBC in Northampton

What do you mean, a CCJ letter?

  • I’ve had a letter from DCB legal wanting to collect money on behalf of a CCJ-county court judgement.

I strongly recommend and suggest that you post a redacted picture of the DCB LEGAL letter, no personal or private information but leave the dates showing

You've gone from PCN (reminder from Group Nexus) in May last year to a letter wanting to collect a debt from a CCJ. We haven't seen a N1SDT nor a defence, so it looks like a default CCJ (assuming it's real) for not replying to a claim form. Did you receive a letter before claim and a claim form? Did you submit a defence?

Did you ignore a court claim form?

This is the newest letter I’ve had.
I’ve not responded to any letters previous to this. I’ve had 1 letter from hm courts and tribunals service saying that I haven’t responded to the claim form, but I’ve never received one from them.

It would have been about 4 weeks before the judgment in default. Are you sure that no Claim Form was overlooked and shoved to one side in October? Someone assumed it was just a fake one?
