Unknown name sent to my address

Recently, there have been numerous letters containing Sim Cards from Giff Gaff sent to my address.  I have since contacted GiffGaff and copied them the unknown name on the address, that the person does not live here and informing them the names of the residents at the address. Just today I received another batch of letters with the same name, not known at the address.  Please advise.

What advice do you need? Chances are that somebody has just got the address wrong.

Open them , check they are not debt letters. If not return them to sender with note saying not known at this address.

This ^ is what I'd do.

I always check letters sent to unknown people at my address.  I want to know why they are using my address.

Simply returning them marked "Not known at this address" might not be sufficient to avoid problems in the future when debt collectors start knocking on the door...

@user1977 if you are the lowest numbered house in your street, it's possible it's someone that has failed to correctly populate the send-me-a-SIM thing, and has put their name, their (your) postcode, but inadvertently left it at your number (e.g. 1 or 2) and not changed it to theirs.

Meanwhile, somewhere on https://community.giffgaff.com/ there will be someone complaining that they keep ordering SIMS that aren't turning up.

Alternatively, someone has used a "fake address" when joining giffgaff, as they do operate no-need-to-verify/PAYG services, and has forgotten they did this -- and is now in a similar position to above.

The SIMS are effectively blank/unused until registered with giffgaff.
