must be a setting in my browser which i can't seem to identify. i use Opera on the PC. i have the same issue with Amex.
i can login via the Apps and if i use my mobile for browser login.0 -
Try a different browser, even just once, to see if you can rule that out?1

Try safe mode (or whatever it's called in Opera).
