Hi all
Just a quickie re LloydsTSB Platinum CC. I had this card and got into debt of £8500. I was on a payment plan of £100 per month interest free and cut up the card, which helped considerably to reduce total to £6500. 6months ago LloydsTSB said that I no longer was allowed interested free on this account but I couldn't afford to pay any more than the £100 still and now the balance is reduce by a couple of pounds each month if that and i feel that now i am getting no where apart from throwing away money each week to them.
I have tried on numerous occasions to see if we can come to some agreement but the bank keep saying that they cannot help. Nothing new there then from Lloyds!!
Does anyone have any helpful pointers as I really want to clear this debt as quickly as possible as i don't want this to continue on and on and on like i feel it has. I use to enjoy seeing the total reduce considerably in short time now I feel its come to a stalemate!
Any helpful pointers to get debt free in 2008 would be greatly appreciated
cheers

I would suggest you may get a better response in the debt free wannabe section"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi
