Stansted Airport Drop Off APCOA PCN

Well, I'll be dammed! Just when I thought my story with Stansted Airport was over, not having passed even 24h after winning the battle with DCBLegal, see this link:

My wife welcome's me home to yet another PCN, this time from APCOA at the Stansted Parking drop off. Somebody forgot to tell me and thought that the "lovely" guys of Stansted had decided that now drop off was free of charge!
True is the drop off took less than 5 mins (3min 48 sec as per the PCN), at 6am in the morning. Yet here we are with a brand new PCN for 100£!!! 60£ if you pay promptly. Worst thing is that we are local residents to the area, and under the local scheme the charge is 1£!!!! I might kill someone for not saying anything........
Something I've noticed already, PCN arrived today (21st May) contravention on the 5th May, so it's already over the 14 days by POFA.
Is there anyway to appeal this ones? Aghhhhhhhhh........not again............

Yep. Use the appeal in the Heathrow Gatwick drop off group thread.
