Azure Parking

I clean windows for a company in my home town who's car park is managed by Azure.
After receiving a parking charge in March, I contested it, explaining why I was on said car park and that I had parked previously without any problem. They sent an email saying it was under review.
Today I received a letter from ZZPS saying I owed £170. On contacting them they said an email had been sent denying my contention, and to check my junk emails (something I rarely do). They managed to hit my inbox to tell me it was under review but not when I needed to know they had refused it.
I have contacted the company I do the work for and they are looking into it.

Is this a charge I can ignore, and is their a proforma letter I should send.

Thanks

You are dealing with a greedy scam they were never going to cancel it just like that no profit in it.
You should get the landowner to cancel it you were there on official business and obviously authorised to park there.
ZZPS are scummy so called debt collectors that are powerless, the clue being you don't have a debt, only an out of the blue invoice from a bunch of chancers.
You can ignore debt collectors, read the newbies thread on here, don't ignore any official small claims court papers.
