Yet another DCB legal court claim...

Good evening all, many thanks for your continued efforts in supporting the community with your valuable advice.
I am at the court claim stage with DCB legal - issue date 29/04/2025. The client is Euro Car Parks Limited. I’ve filed an AoS on the 03/05/2025 and it was received on the 06/05/2025. I am now in the process of preparing my defense and could use your help with paragraph 3, specifically. For the rest I am following the template set out in the newbies thread.
For information, the POC is shown below:
In essence I overstayed by about 15 to 20mins or so at the car park as I wasn't able to get back to my car in time due to a protracted, but important, work commitment. Didn’t realise that I had overstayed so was shocked to receive the PCN.
My drafting for paragraph 3, as per the advice on the other threads, is as follows:
Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2 is denied. No PCN was "issued on 22/05/2023" (the date of the alleged visit). Whilst the Defendant is the registered keeper, paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a breach of prominent terms. The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations.
My question is, should I add anything else to the above? Thanks in advance.
Additionally, now that I've done my AoS, what is deadline for the defense?
Cheers,
Tr3House

Remove this which no longer makes sense since April as DCB changed the POC a bit:
"No PCN was "issued on 22/05/2023" (the date of the alleged visit)."
Your defence must be in by day 33 from the claim issue date. That never changes once a person has done the AOS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
