Has the company disappeared?
Not bothered about the shares as they weren’t worth anything anyway.

The company IMUTUAL LIMITED, which was registered in England and associated with the site, was officially dissolved on 28 January 2025.
Trying that website brings up HTTP ERROR 403.
Which in simple terms means "You're not allowed to access the page or resource"

Shame. I liked the concept but was not convinced it would survive, so didn't do much other than sign up for launch and grab a few free shares.

The closure was announced last year and shares were cashed out. I got about £7 for mine and I had about 5000 I think. So 10000 would have been £14
The owner basically lost interest in operating the site during covid, but it had been set up to run itself so it still mostly worked for the next 4 years. He did answer queries once every 3-6 months...
A few months ago one of my pending cashbacks suddenly became payable at 50p, but there was a £1 minimum so I was unable to get that paid and it looks like that will never happen now.0 -
I got around £36 for my 28,777 shares.
In my opinion, the company continued to operate (and make a loss) for several years longer than it probably should've done, so the payment was likely lower than it could've been had it been dissolved a few years prior.
There was chatter about a lot of members having not logged in for some time (which was supposed to void their payout, or something like that) but we never heard any more about it. So no idea what happened to any of the unclaimed cash.
Although imutual Ltd has ceased trading, the website continued to be operated by imutual Worldwide Ltd. However it went offline a few days ago. Very annoying as I still have some cashback pending!0
