Unused credit and debit card fraud, how ?

    It was a fee free BT card so the card was put in a metal box when I got it as it would never be used. No one else in the house. 

    Fraudulent transactions from abroad, even when the card was frozen. 

    When NatWest fraud team was on the phone trying to tell me about online security, I asked them how the above could happen?

    Still waiting on an answer. 


    and you will be waiting forever as giving that information, even if you could speak to the people who know, which you can't, will never happen as it could be used to assist criminals commit fraud 
    I think the first 5 seconds was an indication of their intent to answer.
