Hi Gavin,I will have this fine cancelled tomorrow and will confirm that with you once it is cancelled. With regards to the 18 minutes, after a store has closed and only to stop anti social behaviour in our car parks, which is often an issue once the stores are closed, we reduce the time allowed to 10 minutes.I will also check at what time this goes live in this store and adjust accordingly, if required.I can only apologise for any upset or inconvenience this has caused youSincerely,Paul
They apologise for the money scammer they emply
Having a rogue trader operate in their car park simply means customers will not return
PE have turned into ROGUE TRADERS just like so many members of the BPA ?
And government believe that the BPA are fit to be an ATA ? .... WHAT A JOKE

THE BPA ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSEPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
