Very disappointing account. My debit card doesn't work at all, not online, not in an ATM, not in a card machine in shops, and even if it did, there is no ApplePay. There is no phone number, no [annoying] chat bot, you have to contact them by email. I don't think they do SOs. Not sure about DDs. No Open Banking functionality.On the plus side, deposits and one-off payments appear to all be instant via Faster Payments, and they do CoP.0

I have used my debit card online a few times and have not had a problem. I haven’t tried it in an ATM. I have paid with Google Pay a fair bit. It’s all working fine for me. Direct debits are on their way apparently. The way I see it is that it is in its early days and not ready to use as a main account into which salary/pensions are paid. I will use it for spending for a few weeks to see how it goes.0

They have physical cards now, and you can add them to Google Pay if you have an Android phone.
