Has anyone had experience using Quicklister to sell their property?

After being quoted £4k+ to sell my modest 2 bed apartment worth around £180k, I think I might have a go selling it myself first. I have seen Quicklister offer to put your property on Rightmove etc for £269 for 3 months, and given I was being quoted £200+Vat upfront for marketing it seems worth a punt.
Has anyone used this platform before, or recommend something similar? I don't mind doing viewings, but guess wondering about affordability checks and the like. Although, the last property I sold the agent had people viewing who hadn't even put their property on the market yet!
