BK haven't a clue what they're doing

On the menu board in your local BK at the bottom it says, underneath the whoooooole menu. 

MAKE IT A LARGE £1

So I ask for Melt King Box £4.99. 

Can I make it a large £1?

She says £6.30???

So I ask her why the extra 30p

She says it's because large comes with extra cheese bites?

Me: Waaaaah? It also comes with extra chips and extra drink, that's why it's a "large"??

I'm already asking at the counter because there's no where in the app to "make it a large" and no where in the self check out either

Come back McDonald's all is forgiven, even your new Big/miniscule Macs.

Why would you add Burger King Rewards and Offers to a Loyalty Code???

BK does my nut in. They're offers are really complicated, always different from the app, different again from the self checkout and the servers don't have a clue

BK say that you can submit 6 digit loyalty codes at the checkout. But for what?? Why??

What is a BK loyalty code and why would you exchange rewards and offers to get one??

Seems unlikely as they have been going for 66 years and the company that owns them is worth 32 Billion Dollars.

It is a good business as there seems to be a steady demand worldwide for calorie and fat laden junk food.
