THE COMPETITION

The promoter is Clarence Court Eggs Limited (company no. 01019356) whose registered office is at Whiteoaks Farm, The Old Sidings, Corsham Road, Lacock, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 2LZ.

This competition is brought to you by Clarence Court Eggs Limited (“Clarence Court”) in conjunction with Monolith UK Limited (“Monolith”) whose registered office is at Unit 3, Thames Gateway Park, Choats Road, Dagenham, Essex, United Kingdom, RM9 6RH.

This Competition will run for the “Competition Period” which shall be from Tuesday 20th May 2025 until Tuesday 27th May 2025.

By entering this Competition, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). The details of the Competition form part of these T&Cs. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference. Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited at Clarence Court’s sole discretion.

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Clarence Court and Monolith, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisations or judging of the competition.

Entrants must meet the following requirements (the “Eligibility Criteria”): reside in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), be at least 18 years of age or older and have access to the internet.

No purchase is necessary to enter or to win the Competition and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.

HOW TO ENTER

Every person who meets the Eligibility Criteria (“Entrant”) shall be entitled during the Competition Period to enter the Competition.

Entrants may enter the competition online by submitting, during the Competition Period, an entry via the online form located at www.clarencecourt.co.uk/monolithgrill by providing the Entrant’s name and email address (the “Entry”).

The Competition must be entered in each Entrant’s own name; it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else. No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or third-party entries shall be accepted. If a false name is used, that Entry will be disqualified.

Each Entrant is limited to one Entry. If more than one Entry per Entrant is received, or if any Entrant attempts to submit more than one Entry by using the same, multiple or different names or email addresses, all such Entries may be deemed void and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Competition.

Only Entries that have been completed correctly and in full will be entered into the Competition. Clarence Court does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged Entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit Entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.

WINNER SELECTION

The Winner will be chosen by means of randomised selection from all valid Entries. There will be 1 winner.

THE PRIZE

The prize is Avantgarde Classic Monolith Grill in satin black ceramic body worth £2,334.Key features include a limited lifetime warranty for the ceramic body, stainless steel gasket, a wide range of accessories, LED light in the handle plus a chip-feeder-system to turn the grill into a high-quality smoker.

The Winner will be chosen using a random online competition generator.

CONTACTING THE WINNER

Clarence Court will make reasonable efforts to notify the Winner of the Prize using the email address used to submit the Entry by Wednesday 28th May 2025, where the Winner will have 14 days to accept the prize.

Clarence Court is not responsible for email addresses recorded incorrectly. If having made those efforts it is not possible to contact the Winner, Clarence Court reserves the right to offer the Winner’s Prize to the next valid Entrant selected by means of randomised selection. Any reselection will be undertaken in accordance with these T&Cs.

The Prize will be delivered to the Winner’s postal address.

Delivery will be at Monolith’s cost but if re-delivery is necessary, due to the winner being unable to accept delivery on the first attempt, collection or any additional costs of delivery may, at Monolith’s discretion, be passed on.
