Check out report

As (former) tenants should we get a copy of the check out report?  We handed back the keys about 2 and a half weeks ago. We know the landlord is claiming some of the deposit and have had a list of what they are claiming.  But surely we should still get a copy of the check out report from the letting agent with photos? (We have a check in report.) Thanks in advance

    No, not realy.
You need check-in copy and your own documented check-out report, using original check-in report as reference.

If there is a dispute, landlord will have to provide check-out evidence. Landlord cant just submit claim without evidence, which will be accessable to you.

Ok, they haven’t provided any evidence. Just a list of things they are claiming for. We have our own photos from check in and check out.  Just expected to get something back from them at check out, not just a list.  I have chased them, but still waiting.
