Can anyone advise me what to do? I was working as a merchandiser in Asda and unbenown to me there was a 4 hour time limit, I stayed 4 hours and 20 minutes. I then received a parking charge from Smart parking Ltd which I handed in to a colleague at Asda who said sge would speak to the managers to try to cancel it. I have now received 3 letters from Debt recovery us so obviously Asda didn't cancel the charge, the car is in my husband's name and the letters are addressed to him. Can anyone advise me what to do?

You need to speak to the manager at that ASDA and get them to cancel it

Read the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread. Look at the pictures. Read what it says.

Obviously no paying it (ever) but the first post of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST tells you what Plan A is. Easy to see it cancelled. Complain to Asda's managers that the colleague lied and didn't cancel your PCN so they must do it now.
