Firstly take the phone from your son as he's having a negative effect on your credit rating and obviously isn't responsible enough to have one !
Secondly obtain your credit history from one of these :-

This will establish where your problems are and what you can do about them.
How many applications for credit have you made recently ? Too many will make matters worse so stop applying until you've obtained your reports.0 -
thank you, i have only made two applications0

You must get rid of that contract for your son - unfortunately since you took it in your name, you are ultimately responsible in the company's eyes for paying the bill, so whether your son is paying it or not, you need to make sure it is paid - otherwise your credit reports will be impacted, as you have found. Take the phone off him and get him a PAYG phone, or let him get his own contract (assuming he is old enough) - he obviously is unable or unwilling to take responsibility for his finances - or yours.
As above, stop applying now and get your credit reports to see if there are any missed payments recorded from the mobile phone provider. Check you're on the electoral roll as well.0 -
I would also respectfully suggest OP goes to the debt free wannabee board.
Her loan to salary ratio is already too high - pushing it from one card to another does not get it paid off.0
