Update: Estate management company have informed me that - together with NPC - they will be dropping the case "on a good will basis". This is 5 days after submitting my county court defense.2

Good news but the court claim has not bitten the dust yet because nobody will have told the solicitors (DCB Legal?). So you will have to forward the Estate management company's email proving that NPC have cancelled the charge and the claim must be discontinued. Also, if she still lives there she needs to opt OUT of this unwanted permit scheme and push at each AGM for the parking sharks to be sacked and not replaced.
The residents do not need this utter crap scheme which clearly targets them and their visitors, delivery drivers, taxis et al. all authorised people going about their daily lives, who are entitled not to be scammed. She cannot be expected to live like that and she (and other residents) must reject the scheme outright.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
