Nectar to Avios conversion issues

It appears Nectar to Avios conversion is not working for me. Firstly, I tried manual conversion, I repeatedly got message "failed". Then I tried to setup auto-conversion and as far as I understand it is done on Mondays, so I expected it to take place today. Still no luck, a few thousands Nectar points still sitting in my account.
What would be the best way to sort it?
I mainly accumulate Nectar points by shopping in Sainsbury's, so not sure that this is the right part of the forum, please relocate if necessary.

I would switch off the automatic conversion and then try setting it up again. Double check that your BA account number is correct and that the name and address used for nectar match the details used for BA.I use the automatic conversion myself and I've never had the errors you're having.0
