Unexpectedly received a reply just now posted below, the attachment is my whole application and also details of how much was owed when they brought they account
”Thank you for your recent email. It was a pleasure speaking with you yesterday.I can confirm that the copy of your application, which was inadvertently sent to another customer, included the following information:
- Personal Information: Full name, address, phone number, email address, and signature
- Account Information: Account summary, loan agreement, and agreement terms and conditions
Please find attached a copy of the document that was enclosed in error.
This incident was the result of human error, and we were made aware of it by the customer who received your Section 77/78 request dated 28thSeptember 2022.
We sincerely apologise for this error and would like to work with you to resolve this matter as swiftly as possible. The issue has been escalated to our Compliance Officers for further investigation and appropriate action.
Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. ”
So they have acknowledged but not answered. I would suggest you acknowledge and restate your questions. Also, if your request was made in 2022 how come it has taken so long for this to come to light?
I would wait on them to make the next offer btw.1 -
