Parking Consultation

I was wondering, out of interest, what happend with the consultation that was supposed to be happening last year, or it might have been the year before. @Coupon-mad would you mind letting me know please?

As you can imagine, Labour were not just going to use the Tories' draft Impact Assessment & Code with no questions asked.
Here's last week's debate, with Alex Norris MP at the end confirming that the Public Consultation is coming:

There will also have to be an Impact Assessment.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
