overcharged by octopus energy

Hi all need advise .
applied to octopus energy for solar panels told we could have 6 panels after 8 months 2 surveys 100 of emails phone calls told we could have 9 panels 12 panels 5 panels all by octopus energy.
Fitters turned up Laughed out loud said they have delivered 5 panels and 9 panels don't fit only 7 will fit .All done great job by fitters and 2 managers.
3 signed agreements as they keep changing .
At the beginning we signed for 3 years interest free credit price £7382.
all done new price £6054 great thank for that .
But informed by diviby that we owed them £7382.
tried Octopus 15 phone calls 5 emails NOTHING but Lies and broken promises.
Need help please.

Could you set the sequence of events out more clearly?  It comes across as a bit of a jumbled and hyperbolic mess.  What exactly happened on which (approximate) dates?
