Liverpool john lennon airport vcs

Hi,
I drive a taxi and last week I dropped a customer off in the drop off car park at Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Before exiting I was asked by a lady in her car if I knew where another car park was as she wasn't familiar with Jla airport and ended up going into the wrong car park. I told her to follow me and I would point to the correct car park whilst driving once we were both out of the Jla car park we were in. I got through the exit barrier and noticed the lady in question having difficulty exiting, possibly trying to pay the car park fee. I pulled to the left in a safe and clear position and had to wait up to a minute until she exited the car park. When I began driving with the Lady following behind me I noticed the camera van at Jla with it's roof camera quite possibly pointing in my direction whilst the female in the driving seat doing a good impression of a spinning top taking an interest in my direction and looking down in her van. I am yet to receive anything through the post however i'm sure I will.
The reason for starting this thread is to ask what would be the best form of defence. Would it simply be Vcs have no powers outside the car parks at Jla as per the Liverpool John Lennon Airport's own terms and conditions, or would I need something else?

1.5 In addition to these Terms, our parking enforcement operator, VCS Control Services Limited, also have terms and conditions, which apply once you have entered a car park at the Airport.  They relate to our requirements for the parking of vehicles in our car parks, and how such requirements are enforced if not met.  Their terms and conditions are located at the entrance of our car parks, and within each car park itself.  If you are not prepared to comply with their terms and conditions, then please do not enter the car park.

 Many thanks
