Just recieved a letter from. DCB legal for 2 tickets in 2021 for £350, Btw- all these parking fines are for my daughter, but I was the registered keeper.
shall I advise them that it was my daughter driving?

If they are PCNs, not tickets, then the standard line is to not name the driver. And also not to pay.
The worrying thing though is why have you just received a letter now? Have you moved and not updated your address with the DVLA?
