Gladstones + Premiere Parking Enforcement Ltd

I am at the stage where I have received a LBC from Gladstone Solicitors.
I believe it's the standard letter giving you 2 options of paying the £170 debt or disputing it. I need to take action within 30 days (deadline 11th June 2025).
I would like to dispute it. Should I follow the instructions on the letter and go to www.gladstonessolicitors.co.uk ? The letter doesn't say what you need to do when you land on their website. I'm guessing you need to create an account on it first before submitting a dispute.
Some background:
* I have not named the driver
* My original appeal stated that the driver parked at the location and went to ask a business if parking was permitted there. The car was then moved elsewhere once directed to a parking space by the business the driver was visiting. This was done in less than 10 minutes. They have 2 photographs of the vehicle at 18:00 and 18:05. They were not able to supply me with any other photograph showing the vehicle was moved at around 18:08. I argued a grace period and got nowhere in the appeals process.
It's been so long since the original PCN was issued (early Feb 2025), that I can't recall fully what I wrote in the appeal. I tried logging back into the appeals portal https://ppeappeals.atriahub.co.uk/ to get a copy of my appeal but it's not longer available to view. It just says the case "This PCN has been transferred to our Debt Recovery Agent".
Should I request this information from Gladstones first before responding with a dispute?
Any advice appreciated.

Just checking - the above statements seem to be contradictory?

Just follow the process in the NEWBIE stick second post after receiving a letter before/of claim.1

Is it best to send the letter to Gladstones promptly or wait until near day 30?0

Depends if you want to delay the case or not.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
