Best bet for the OP is to use the 30 minute usage data to see what is actually happening, either via their IHD, provider's website/app or a third party app such as Bright or Loop.

On the Usage tab, select "Day" and it will show your use in 30 minute blocks. (this assumes your account is set up for 30minute reads)0 -
