I’m in my 70’s and have had accounts with scores of banks in my time, but I echo what Bridlington1 says. But having said that, I’ve kept my joint account with my wife at NatWest as I personally have found them to be the best overall for service in branch and sorting out any problems I’ve had which have been very few. Can’t comment on app only banks as I haven’t tried them.1

Everything is done via their webpage, or sometimes via post as an alternative.0 -
Ditto - joint account with Natwest since the dawn of time (or so it feels), and on the very rare handful of occasions where we have needed a real issue sorted out, they have been very effective...UKX69 said:I’m in my 70’s and have had accounts with scores of banks in my time, but I echo what Bridlington1 says. Apart from that, I'm happy to tart myself around the town for a good savings rate
