claim before court - dcblegal - overwhelmed

Options
hi all. im sorry this will surely make a few eyes roll as all the information is excellently provided and put together on here. im struggling with the next stages, as im heavily pregnant, preparing for birth, tired and overwhelmed it's as though the information is just not retaining in my brain no matter how much i read it. its consuming!
im considering paying a company called contestor legal, apparently they win 98percent of cases and even though its still an expense its cheaper than the £370 im being asked to pay. i know it's ridiculous but i genuinley just want it gone away

I have followed the steps to acknowldege the claim but from there I don't think I can come up with any decent defense - the parking permitted was 1.5 hrs and me or my partner at the time overstayed as it wasn't enough time for the shops on the site.

i have looked at the gov court fees support and would likely be eligible but its not at that stage yet is it?  but would that just write off the court fee but not what dcb are asking for?

i apologise for over complicating this

I have followed the steps to acknowledge the claim...
    Hello and welcome.

What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?

You say you have filed an Acknowledgment of Service. Can you please tell us the date you did that. Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer.

There are no fees for you to pay. Costs nothing to defend. And we win 99 per cent of cases. You can do this!

DCB Legal will discontinue the claim so it doesn't matter what you put as your paragraph 3 and you can copy the suggested one linked in the Template Defence theead.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thank you
I still dont know if i can do it, and i've left it coming short on time now
The issue date on my claim form is 29.4.25
I acknowledged the claim 5/6 days later, and have put in my phone calender that I need to submit my defence by the 31.06.25

I think i probably marked it sooner than it needs to be done  on my calender so I allow enough time.
Im struggling with wording in the paragraph 2. Do I just deny being the driver, or say I don't know who was driving.
