2. The prize must be claimed and booked within 6 months of the winner being notified.
3. Bookings are available Sunday to Thursday only and are not valid on Bank Holidays or during December.
4. Both the overnight stay and any included spa treatments must be booked in advance by contacting the hotel directly.
5. All bookings are strictly subject to availability at the time of reservation.
6. The prize is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the named winner.
7. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
