    month. It is your responsibility to book an
    annual service visit with us. If you fail to book
    an annual service visit within your contract
    period or are not at the property when our
    engineer visits, we won’t refund the cost of
    the missed annual service"
    I don't see much chance of a refund... but it never hurts to ask...
