Back-dated Avios or Reward Points from Cathay Pacific

We flew on Cathay Pacific from UK to Hong Kong/Singapore return 3 months ago.
Can we get any back-dated Avios points (or similar?) for these flights? (I calculate around 35,000 are due)
We already have BA Club Accounts.
We didn't have Cathay memberships, so I set them up yesterday, & applied.
BUT I only have minimal paperwork from the trip, however I do have flight numbers, times, and on a VERY long WhatsApp discussion with Cathay they confirm they have successfully retrieved our ticket numbers, but only to be told "new members can only claim missing miles for flights taken within 30 days prior to their enrolment date".
Can we get any back-dated Avios points (or similar?) for these flights? (I calculate around 35,000 are due)
