Help! Paying cheque into child account??

My daughter (age 10, just about to turn 11) has received a cheque. Only problem is I cannot pay it in! At the moment she has a junior Monzo space under my Monzo account but having asked them, it does not allow cheques to be paid in….
Does anyone have any helpful advice or info? I just want to pay the blooming thing in so my daughter has the money for spending! It’s a £50 cheque so I don’t want to just give up.

Did anyone you know issue the cheque? Can you ask them to rewrite one in your name and return the unused one? So you can pay it in ?0

Get her a proper child's account of her own. For example, from age 11 she is eligible for a FlexOne account at Nationwide:

There are probably others available. This way she can learn about banking as she grows up. This cheque is (no doubt) just the first reason she will need her own account, so it's worth a bit of effort to get it sorted now rather than having to do it later.0 -
Amongst others HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds and Halifax offer children's accounts into which you'd be able to deposit a cheque.
To open it the child needs to be at least 11 but HSBC's account looks quite good, 5% up to £3000:
