Form appeared as a pop-up for me:

i turned off u block origin chrome addon and the pop up showed, i didnt tick to allow marketing emails when i submitted my email , but i got no confirmation that i was entered ok
2024 approx 6500 competitions entered just 1 win worth £50 ! also ended up signed up to about 8000 emails !
2025 so far about 4000 comps entered , won £1000 and a doorbell camera so far , hundreds of spam emails a day is the downside4 -
I saw no entry form but clicked on the page and it popped up4
