It seems the adjudicator is putting forward the case for the PPC, as the PPC has not presented any case. My understanding was that the adjudicator was supposed to be impartial, reviewing the cases from both sides and deciding accordingly. How can they then rule in favour of a side that offers no case?
Screenshots of the links to the operators pre-loaded signage photos. This particular link was for the signage site map, but all the links were dead, I've screenshots of all of them:

Except that this is dynamite evidence for the Appeals question in the Public Consultation which us why I asked for the screenshots of the IAS farce.ChirpyChicken said:Move on and forget about it unless you get a court claim or you move

The PPC wrote a one liner and provided broken links so there was no evidence or argument to support their side at all.
But true to form, the IAS trotted out the irrelevant Elliott v Loake (just like these solicitors and barristers do in court, funny that...) and made the PPC's case for them despite the joke 'adjudicator' having seen no signs because no-one could, with a 404 error.
@RereyMuetre please please take an hour or two one evening to do the Public Consultation before it closes on Friday, even if you concentrate only on 2 things: the Appeals question and banning DRFs. Please upload your screenshot evidence or send it by email to the MHCLG Parking email.

Well, letter from Trace Debt Recovery arrived today. Letter states it was sent on the 19th August.
I don't wish to engage with these people, and would rather go to court.
Ignore the debt collectors, or contact FMS and tell them I will only respond to court papers?
