ZZPS parking letter after 6yrs! - please help

Got this ZZPS letter claiming insufficient paid time after almost 6 yrs of contravention date. Just a letter as attached and no evidence. What can I do please?

Oh good: I see they've sorted out the amusing spelling mistake whereby ZZPS couldn't even spell the Beavis case.

I've had exactly the same letter from ZZPS for an old fine dated May 2019 which was at the time of COVID19 is this just a coincidence.2

(Covid in the UK was March 2020 onwards).

1st i have heard about this but should i pay the £170? If i ignore it says they will pass it to GCTT enforcment agency0 -
Well, whoopy doo! Do you know that they are a just a part of ZZPS, operating off a different desk in the same office? They have no autonomous legal powers. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
