NCP - Parked in incorrect space

Hi all,

I am in the process of submitting an appeal for my wife who has picked up a PCN from NCP for parking in a non-parking space. Within the car park, some parking spaces (and they are full size marked out parking spaces) are painted red to indicate they are a walk way. Some of the spaces have a pedestrian symbol painted in them, some spaces do not. My wife parked in a red space that did not have a pedestrian symbol painted in it.

I have already submitted the initial appeal to NCP from the newbies post, not admitting who the driver was, and they have sent us down the POPLA route. I have just missed the 28 day deadline, but reading on other posts we actually have 33 days which we are still within. I now need to put together the POPLA appeal.

Is there anything specific I should mention in the appeal other than the standard space not clearly marked, signage not clear etc.?

Doh! NCP (post updated). I would say it is a POFA NTK comparing to your images.

I still think it looks like the first/POFA worded one (assuming I'm looking at the correct post? - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/80392948/#Comment_80392948).

I guess I'm missing something glaringly obvious?

To me it's obvious at forty paces - like a spelling mistake, it jumps off the page - but we've done this stuff for years!

Think about the 'Please be warned' paragraph - you can see it matches my non-POFA image. What's different between the warnings in my two images?  You can see it!
