Are you sure that there's not some confusion here and because you've started an "Online change of flight" they aren't treating this as a customer requested change? Hence why they want to charge you for the options?beamer_2 said:Grumpy Chap.
The flight change was comunicated directly with me then I had to do an online "Change of Flight" with LH as per their T&Cs.
You booked a package. The airline have changed the flight meaning a significant change has occurred to the package. Your rights under the Package Travel Regs are clear. LH even state the PTR's on their own site https://www.loveholidays.com/about-us/package-rights.html
Perhaps refer them to that. I think they are perhaps confused and treating it as if you're requesting the change.2
