Private parking ticket Civil enforcement

Hi all,
ive ended up with two private parking tickets from civil enforcement at KFC carpark, both for overstaying by a few minutes which I was dining in the KFC both times, I have put an appeal in to POPLA regarding there signage as the time limit used to be 90 minutes they reduced this to 60 and I was totally not aware I was going of the fact it was 60.
Anyway they have come back to me with evidence supporting there well lit signage which it wasn't the signs are tiny and the car park was also hectic so I didn't notice the new time limit.
Any point in trying to defend this further do I have to a leg to stand on? Im aware of the process for defending as im currently defending another ticket.
Thanks all.

Find holes in their evidence pack and point them out to popla in your popla comments submission0

Hi,
Thanks I will try, i have attached there initial only well visible sign when entering the car park which does not mention any time limit clearly the other sign they have is tiny and not easy to read the time limit especially when the car park is in a busy period which it often gets full and you have to wait to get in.
In the other image I have attached, this is from there response to my popla appeal you can barley see the sign showing the time limit it is not easy to read or find when the car park is busy.btw this is from there response to my popla appeal you can barley see the sign showing the time limit it is not easy to read or find when the car park is busy.

You should already know from reading the NEWBIES thread and POPLA DECISIONS thread, that you don't pay if you lose at POPLA! Read more threads, if you thought it matters.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

How did they deal with your appeal?
Did they email you a link to their response?
Was the response on a public webpage that anyone with the link can view with no secure log in etc and did it include your personal information - Name, Address and Reg?
Do you feel that they followed GDPR?0 -
Hi all,
appeal was rejected by popla they stated the signage was sufficient they also mentioned that there would have been temporary signage of the change of time limit and as this went into affect a few months back they told me I basically should have known this.Do I take the normal procedure of ignore bully letters and wait for claim form?My concern is I have two of these fines and that could create a more strong case against me0 -
Just ignore them until LBC or court claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

a) you have no faith in POPLA or the IAS and that there must be the SINGLE APPEALS SERVICE that the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019 *almost* promised. As long as it is independent (and only ONE appeals service, not two involved in a race to the bottom) that will give a real option to resolve disputed cases out of court.
b). THAT THE ENRICHMENT OF 'DEBT RECOVERY FEES' MUST BE COMPLETELY BANNED. DISPUTED CASES ARE NOT SOLVED BY A THUG THIRD PARTY DEMANDING MORE MONEY AND ENGINEERING A POINTLESS 'PAYMENT PLAN'.
c). Tell them about your experience and the POPLA decision that failed to consider the dispute properly.

Do it this month or in August at the latest pleeease! We will discuss it on that thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
