Hi,
Very late but I have a court date against Gladstone on
16 May 25 - 1430h - yes, tomorrow!
They are not attending the hearing and would like it to be based on their witness statement provided. I have filed my witness statement already. Grateful if you have any suggestions going into the hearing. I have uploaded the claimant statement, my witness statement and skeleton argument. Many thanks for your help in advance!

Can't see that last link but we don't need to see a Gladstones WS, as it's mainly template wording. Load of codswallop, unless they are attaching much better signage proof.
Is the WS signed by a PCM employee, or a Gladstones employee?
Your pics show signs that make no parking space 'offer'. Therefore there was no contract and thus, no cause of action against you.
The entrance sign identifies the principal as a completely different company. Point that out.Therefore it suggests PCM are a mere agent and that begs the question: who exactly has the legal standing to sue? It's unclear - looks like they are trying to charge for trespass - and there's certainly nothing of value offered by PCM so this isn't a charge arising under an agreed contract.
It is also undefined what is meant by 'this area' which puts PCM in more difficulty. 'This area' could mean that exact space, or beside those gates/doors, or along that wall... or?!
Anyone's guess and the bottom line is: the signs offer no contract, like in this case:
http://parking-prankster.blogspot.com/2016/04/pcm-uk-signage-does-not-create-contract.html?m=1PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad
Thank you for your feedback. It was a Gladstone employee - a paralegal. I have attached the claimant witness statement - hopefully, correctly this time. Any advice will be gratefully received!
