Chase app not working.

Hello, I have just tried to make a payment and I was asked to verify this on the Chase app.

The problem is once I log in I just get a blank screen, I wait and wait without anything happening.

I have since made the payment from another bank but what is my best next course of action?

Should I uninstall the app or contact Chase somehow?

I have some funds in the Chase saver which I need soon to help purchase another car so its not come at an ideal time.

Thankyou, have done, its supposedly ok.

Its been getting slower and slower lately so we'll see.

when this happens with me i force close the app (yes i am a jedi) and reopen it which usually fixes it and the request comes through.

Thanks, I was a bit reticent to try that but I've got it working.

Its still very slow for whatever reason, I think on this occasion the request for verification from my purchase had really clogged it up.

Doesn't need updating and my other apps are fine so its a mystery!
