I am in process of remortgaging in order to settle my Help to buy loan. Can anyone please recommend a good solicitor/ Conveyancer to help with this process?
Also can you please guide me on the fees? I have been given quotes ranging from £800 to £1.7k. Potentially I can use free legal from the bank to help with this process. But they will still charge extra for help to buy part and they can be a bit slow as they work for the bank and not for the client.
I would really appreciate some feedback from anyone based on their recent experience with the process.
