Well if you've now signed & dated a copy that ParkingEye has also signed, as time is of the essence, surely you've swiftly emailed that to the court yourself today (with a subject line including the words: URGENT: NEW CONSENT ORDER RE CLAIM NO xxxxxxx) and asked them to confirm that the case has been passed to a judge to vacate the hearing?

I mean, you don't want to just rely in PEye. Do it yourself as well. Must be a copy that is signed by both.

    Hi @Coupon-mad

I kept chasing and got it vacated an hour before the hearing! THANK YOU so much. Words aren't enough to say how much I appreciate your time, help and patience with this.

It has been very stressful and I couldn't have done it without your guidance.

    Thank you again!

Yay! That is a relief. It is all over.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

This OP got Help with Fees so the ParkingEye consent order was the solution needed:

I just received an email from Parking Eye with the below proposed consent order, ahead of the court case scheduled for Tuesday next week.

    CONSENT ORDER
