I have this as my keyboard on my Samsung & for the most part it's been fine.
Recently though it's not been carrying out the shortcuts I'd put in (which had been working fine for years until recent).
I go to open the app & noticed its not even there in my library.if I access apps via settings then it's listed but as an enable/disable app not an 'open' app. It appears I can't access the apps own settings.
The annoying thing with the shortcuts is that they don't work or not work, they some times work & some times don't work (when they always used to work every time until recently).

Just checked my Samsungs, have you just been updated to OneUI 7.0/Android 15?
My newer phone with the upgrade shows the same symptoms, the older w/ 6.1/14 is as before.1 -

Galaxy S24+.
Looks like we've found the reasoning then.

Doesn't help with a fix tho'. I've had a quick Google round the techie support sites where these bugs are likely to be reported and found nought. Not much else to be done until a fix wends its way to an update.1
