URGENT ADVICE NEEDED!!!!! G24, DCB LEGAL. JUDGEMENT FOR CLAIMANT (IN DEFAULT)

Options
Events:
Received a claim form on 16/04/25 (Issue Date) for £329.96. Homebase Parking.
Date of service was 21/04/25.
AOS not filed 14 days from date of service at all in my error as completely mis read the process of what to do.
Was preparing to send my defence within 28 days of the date of service which is still within.

Received Judgement for Claimant for £352.84 as i didn't file my AOS. Which seems like a settlement.

Can i set aside the decision on MCOL? What can i do?

I am afraid that you will have to pay DCB Legal,  in full,  before the 30 day deadline expires,  to avoid the recording of the CCJ

So sorry. You must pay in full.

I really wouldn't go there. Don't start delaying payment or you could get it wrong (as you sadly did re the AOS date). Pay it NOW on DCB Legal's portal in full. I'm so sorry.

Dont assume deadlines,  pay it ASAP,  in full , no dithering around,  it's too important to be delaying payment

It would have cost you nothing if you had completed the AOS acknowledgement by day 19 from the claim form issue date,  the information was here and so were we,  to guide you through the process,  but you snooze,  you lose

The reason to get on with it is because you have to pay dcb legal in full, the cleared funds then mean that they have to inform the CNBC that the claim is satisfied and therefore not to record the CCJ against you,  all that takes time,  with inevitable delays,  so the sooner you pay them in full,  the sooner the CNBC stop the ongoing process
