Juvy.events tickets

Hi all my daughter bought a ticket for a Bournemouth music festival for £30 through the instagram page of Juvy.events. She made a one letter mistake on the email address where she was meant to receive the ticket and now she does not have the ticket. I have tried to contact them by email and through instagram but with no luck. NO answer at all. Anyone has a similar experience? and what else can I do?

Don't think that's anything to do with (any of) the Bournemouth Festival.

If it is this event then have you tried contacting Skiddle (the ticketing company)?

Yes you are right. Just contacted Skiddle and they say they can solve the problem. Thanks!
