Juvy.events tickets

Hi all my daughter bought a ticket for a Bournemouth music festival for £30 through the instagram page of Juvy.events. She made a one letter mistake on the email address where she was meant to receive the ticket and now she does not have the ticket. I have tried to contact them by email and through instagram but with no luck. NO answer at all. Anyone has a similar experience? and what else can I do?

Don't think that's anything to do with (any of) the Bournemouth Festival.
