Tembo Customer Service

I’m trying to transfer an ISA from Tembo and their customer service team seem to be non-existent…is it just me?

Transfer was requested on 15th April, so I believe I’m beyond the 15 days transfer window.

For a transfer, that is initiated by the receiving provider so which company is making that request?

It is that company you should be chasing in the first place, so what have they told you?

They’re waiting on Tembo apparently…🤦🏼‍♂️

These smaller newer players, tend to start with market leading rates and often struggle to cope with all the new applications.
Then when they reduce rates they struggle even more with too many people trying to switch out.

It is a problem when you target customers who are willing to switch due to higher rates.
